Clean What?

Clean eating. "So what you clean your food before you eat it? I do that too!"

Not quite.
 
Sounds like a good idea right? If you have never eaten a clean diet of whole natural foods or are not someone who really enjoys cooking it can be overwhelming at first.                    

A quick summary - if it wasn't around a 100yrs, we probably shouldn't eat it.  Or try this~ if you can't pronounce the ingredients its probably more of a science experiment then it is food.

But if you are just seeking out a healthier lifestyle for you and your family. It can be overwhelming. Start small. Switch out by switching a few main ingredients in your pantry.
