Monday Mom Moment ~
Busy Mom Fit Tip for the start of the week:
Lay out your workout gear, shoes included the night before. Place shoes right next to your side of the bed. Preferably really close to wherever your alarm is stationed, this way when your alarm goes off at 5am and your feet hit the floor to scramble and turn it off you are likely to trip over your shoes and pile of mismatched workout gear (I workout at home too, I know you don't match!) Most likely this will annoy you, and your heart rate will raise and you will be to keyed up to go back to sleep which will force you to make the trek to your workout spot and kill it!
